Abstract

Direct online mediation has become during time of crisis in one of the ways for quick solutions in the face of organizations that could progressively contaminate citizens with human agglomerations in the courts or work environments. Electronic magazines, one of the most important means of mass communication today, their printed version, thematic audiences, imply a massive focus on tools that reach the individual when entering their privacy.

Advogada. Árbitro. Mediadora. Professora pesquisadora, docente titular de Teoria do Processo. Diretora do programa de mestrado em Sistemas de Resolução de Conflitos, do programa de especialização em Meios Alternativos, e da graduação em Métodos Alternativos da faculdade de Direito da UNLZ – Universidade Nacional de Lomas de Zamora. Autora de três livros sobre sua especialidade e diversos artigos em revistas jurídicas e doutrina sobre o tema.
