The dynamics of human interaction has a high degree of complexity. The same occurs in work teams, requiring multidisciplinary approaches, especially psychological-mathematical, for their understanding, diagnosis and training, to lead them not only to high and sustainable performance, but also to promote human flourishing in the work environment. Marcial Losada's model, Meta Learning Model, provides a successful methodology, which guides the process of team transformation, towards more profitable, healthy and loving interactive dynamics. The same conflicts and difficulties, found in the vicious circles of interaction of 80% of the teams, are reflected in the different areas of human coexistence. The Covid-19 pandemic exacerbated this situation, in order to demand urgent solutions, for the construction of a more fraternal and egalitarian world. Given that the model promotes TransFormacional learning and that work organizations have a strong influence on the modeling of society's behaviors, this essay provokes reflection on its application, as a scientific and empirically sound contribution, starting from work organizations and expanding to other universes, such as education, human rights and sustainability indicators
