THE FORMAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE EXPERT REPORT AND THE IMPACT ON DOCUMENTOSCOPIC EXPERTISE

This article aims to analyze the changes to judicial expertise brought about by the Code of Civil Procedure, Law 13.105/2015, from the perspective of documental expertise with a practical bias, to contribute to the construction
of the expert report. All the reflection is drawn from the practice of judicial expertise in document copying and the results that have been shown in the processes, in a dynamic way, considering the daily practice of law and the
vision of the procedural technique that best fits legal processes. In summary, it is observed, in the end, that it is necessary to develop a more qualified technique from the perspective of Civil Procedure by the legal experts and technical assistants of the parties, with regard to meeting the formal requirements of the expert report, which, In themselves, they already serve to lead the professional to the development of a judicious expertise, in order to have in the judicial expertise truly useful and safer evidence to collaborate with the court.
